Angela M. Lanctot, Esq. is licensed to practice law in Florida and Ohio.  Her services include residential and commercial real estate transactions, including title insurance, corporate formation and representation, contract preparation and review, loan documentation, employment agreements, business asset acquisitions, and other matters upon consultation.  She also has experience working with medical practices for general legal needs as well as practice management.

Angela received a Bachelor of Science degree in International Business from Grove City College in Grove City, PA and a Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree with a concentration in Publicly-Held Companies and Small Business Entities from Capital University Law School in Columbus, Ohio. Angela was admitted into the Ohio Bar in 2005 and the Florida Bar in 2006.

Currently, she is a board member for the Foundation for the Developmentally Disabled in Southwest Florida and President of the B.E.A.R.S Preschool Board.  She is a member of the Collier County Bar Association, Collier County Women's Bar Association, Columbus Bar Association, Ohio State Bar Association and American Bar Association. While in law school Angela received many accolades, which include graduating cum laude, being awarded the Ron Friedman Award, being selected for the Order of the Barristers for Excellence in Moot Court, and receiving the CALI Excellence for the Future Award for Real Estate Finance. She also held many leadership roles in organizations such as the Moot Court Board, the Student Bar Association, and the International Law Society.
